Safety supervisor

Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor safety programs and policies in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments across agricultural and energy-related operations. Provide safety training and education to employees to promote a culture of safety awareness. Investigate accidents and incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions. Collaborate with management and operational teams to identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry safety standards and best practices, particularly in agriculture and energy sectors. Ensure proper use and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety tools.

Qualifications: Proven experience as a Safety Supervisor or similar role, preferably within agricultural and energy industries. Strong understanding of agricultural operations and associated safety challenges. Knowledge of energy sector safety regulations and practices. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to conduct thorough safety audits and risk assessments. Certification in safety management or related fields is a plus. High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
