Senior Commercial Counsel — Contracts & Collections

Pie Insurance in Denver, CO is seeking a Staff Attorney to lead commercial contract review and negotiation across the organization. You will own the contracting workflow in LinkSquares, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and manage the contract repository including renewal dates and obligations. You’ll also oversee Pie’s legal collections, draft demand letters, coordinate with outside counsel, and support corporate governance and regulatory compliance efforts as the legal team grows.
