WHAT YOU'LL DO: Exemplifies Muckleshoot Casino Resort's values and sets a great example by always demonstrating excellent guest service and professionalism. Practice, support and promote the mission, vision, and values of Muckleshoot Casino Resort. Promote positive Guest relations. Serve beverages and food. Stock supplies. Clean stations and gaming areas in a safe and sanitary manner. Assist bartender as needed. Create, maintain, and facilitate a positive work environment; promotes positive team member relations and reports issues to the appropriate personnel. Other duties as assigned. WHAT YOU'LL BRINGAbility to obtain a Class III B gaming license. A minimum of 6 (six) months' experience in serving beverages is required. Must maintain a valid WA State Health Card/Food Handlers Permit. Must have or be able to obtain a Class 12 Alcohol Service Permit. HOW YOU'LL BE SUCCESSFULKnowledge of POS systems. Knowledge of health & safety standards, and safety regulations as required. Ability to demonstrate exhibit intrinsic motivation and work ethics. Ability to work efficiently and productively within a team. Ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills. Read, write, and speak English fluently. Ability to maintain neat, clean, and healthy work habits. Must be 21 years or older.
