Key responsibilities:
Review and document current workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement and collaborating with Product and Development teams
Maintain and clean customer and metric data, addressing gaps and recurring issues to ensure data accuracy
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) while developing necessary reports and dashboards to measure operational success
Required qualifications:
3+ years of experience in an operations, data, reporting, or process improvement role
Working knowledge of lien resolution, personal injury, healthcare claims, or medical billing workflows
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables and data cleaning
Experience documenting workflows and communicating operational needs to technical teams
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
