Behavioral Health Tech- FBC

Pay Scale: $17-18.50hr. Responsible for providing support and care to meet the physical and psychological needs of consumers through providing direct and indirect care. FBC is a 24-hour Residential Service, open 365 days a year. Potential for full-time, part-time or, PRN (on-call as needed), based on facility need. Provides supervision and monitoring of each consumer. Assist with and model appropriate daily living skills. Document any reported or observed symptoms of consumers and report to the team. Participate in Shift Report Provide transportation. All other duties as assigned by supervisor. High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required with a minimum of 1-year experience with the population served and/or crisis experience. AA degree or a BS/ BA degree preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age and proficient in reading, speaking, and writing.
