Store Manager in Training

Walgreens is offering an accelerated Store Manager learning path to develop leaders capable of overseeing both front-end and pharmacy operations. The program uses rotations and a rigorous training plan to prepare participants for Store Manager roles across Walgreens stores. Participants complete classroom, online, and on‑the‑job training, pursue required certifications, and develop through one‑on‑one development plans with Store and District Managers.
