Base Salary: $130,000 - $190,000 + Comprehensive Benefits* Opportunity to take over a BoB in coming years*A highly respected public accounting and advisory firm is conducting a confidential search for a Senior Tax Manager to join its growing High Net Worth practice. This role offers the opportunity to work with sophisticated HNW/UHNW clients, complex pass-through entity structures, and family-owned businesses while providing a clear path toward expanded leadership and client ownership responsibilities.

The selected candidate will oversee the review and management of complex tax engagements, serve as a trusted advisor to clients, and mentor a team of tax professionals. The role offers significant visibility within the firm and the ability to help shape the future direction of your career.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Review and manage complex individual, trust, and pass-through entity tax returns
  • Advise HNW and UHNW clients on tax planning and compliance matters
  • Lead tax engagements and collaborate with preparers and reviewers across both individual and business returns
  • Mentor and develop tax staff and seniors
  • Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor
  • Identify planning opportunities and provide strategic tax guidance
  • Collaborate with firm leadership on client service initiatives and practice growth
  • Build long-term client relationships and business development opportunities
Ideal Background:
  • 8+ years of progressive public accounting tax experience
  • Strong experience with HNW/UHNW individual tax compliance and planning
  • Significant exposure to pass-through entities (Partnerships and S-Corporations)
  • Experience reviewing complex federal and multi-state tax returnsCPA or EA preferred
  • Strong client communication and relationship management skills
  • Leadership experience managing and developing staff
  • Work Environment
  • Fully remote position
  • Candidates must reside in the Central or Eastern Time Zones
  • Candidates located in New York and California are not being considered at this time
