Duties:
Understand and act on verbal and/or written instructions Read/interpret standard and metric measurements Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division)Knowledge of handheld measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, drop gauges, etc. Assess product quality deficiencies to determine disposition; reporting to appropriate person Must exhibit attention to detail as well as excellent listening skills Must be able to work with a diverse variety of people from different cultures and backgrounds
Education Requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements:
A minimum of six (6) months manufacturing experience Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments. Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required. Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred. Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Production Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery. Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.

What You Will Do:
As a Production Operator you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing multiple, complex production equipment and/or a variety of production tools to manufacture parts in compliance with work order instructions. Make necessary machine adjustments and promptly contact the appropriate personnel when needed. Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality and customer specifications, taking appropriate action for parts that do not meet standards and recommending solutions. Utilize computer software to transfer parts to the next process. Load, unload, and stack products; transport products using hand-trucks, forklifts, cranes, or hoists. Maintain cleanliness in the work area, including machines, tools, and equipment. Provide training to incoming operators on processes and procedures. Wear required personal protective equipment at all times in mandatory areas. The Production Operator is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations through production activities that help create quality finished products.
