As an Inside Sales Rep, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced call center environment. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, recommend solutions, and close sales. This role requires a customer-focused attitude, a drive to hit key performance indicators (KPIs), and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective customers in a professional, courteous, and timely manner
- Effectively sell SFC products/services by identifying customer needs and recommending solutions
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM system with each interaction
- Follow up with leads and prospects to drive sales and secure business
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and resolving issues as they arise
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure the best customer experience
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a high-volume, target-driven environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to remain focused and motivated in a fast-paced setting
- Proficient in basic computer skills and CRM software
