Key responsibilities:
Independently evaluate and price large-account casualty risks, providing pricing recommendations based on actuarial judgment
Develop and enhance loss rating models and analytical tools to support pricing decisions
Incorporate new technologies and AI-driven approaches into pricing tools and processes to drive innovation
Required qualifications:
ACAS or FCAS designation
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years in Commercial P&C actuarial pricing
Experience with large-account, loss-sensitive casualty programs, including Workers Compensation and General Liability
Strong analytical skills and the ability to navigate uncertainty in pricing methodologies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and SQL
