Examples Of DutiesMust demonstrate teaching skills by selecting and implementing instructional strategies for teaching, and assessing student achievement of the learning objectives of the program. Teaching experience MRI; Teaching faculty will: Meet with courses and laboratories at scheduled times. Instruct, advise, consult with and evaluate the performance of enrolled students. Develop and maintain course outlines, syllabi, lesson plans, course reference/bibliography, assignments, tests, and other course materials. Maintain student records, attendance, grades, and/or other documentation as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in MRI and
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists MR credential and, Have 2 years of clinical experience
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
Supplemental InformationPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
At least three 3-5 years' experience in teaching on a college level and affiliated with an accredited MRI program. Experience with developing didactic and clinical outcomes/curricula on a program and course level. Excellent technology and classroom management skills.
STATUS/SALARY:
This is a regular adjunct faculty position with salary to be determined by the adjunct faculty union contract.
