Resource Development Director – Fundraising & Major Gifts

Fort Bend Women's Center is seeking a Resource Development Director to lead fundraising and resource development for its on-site Richmond, TX programs. You will manage annual giving, planned giving, major donor engagement, and cultivate opportunities from individuals, corporations, foundations, and partners. Responsibilities include donor stewardship, maintaining accurate records, and preparing reports for leadership and the board.
