Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities: Train alongside an experienced Senior Project Manager to learn the project management processes, terminology, and procedures Assist with managing residential remodeling and insurance restoration projects from production handoff through completion Serve as a point of contact for homeowners and provide proactive, professional project updates Coordinate project schedules, material orders, suppliers, subcontractors, permits, inspections, and other project requirements Review project information and ensure necessary documentation, selections, measurements, and materials are accurate Monitor active projects and help identify scheduling, material, customer, or subcontractor issues before they cause delays Maintain accurate project notes, documentation, invoices, and status updates within Accu Lynx Assist with warranty, service, and project closeout requirements Help resolve customer questions and concerns while escalating larger issues appropriately Participate in occasional visits to customer homes or active project sites Assist with additional production and administrative responsibilities as needed

What We're Looking For: Early-career professional interested in developing project management and business operations experience Strong customer service and communication skills Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities Naturally curious with a strong desire to learn and understand how things work Comfortable asking thoughtful questions, learning new terminology, and retaining new information Ability to think on your feet and professionally navigate unexpected problems Strong follow-through, accountability, and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a professional office environment within the construction industry Previous experience in project coordination, customer service, operations, account management, construction, remodeling, or a related field is helpful but not required Experience with Accu Lynx or similar project management software is a plus
