What We're Looking For:
5+ years of medical malpractice defense experience Strong trial preparation and trial support experience Experience reviewing and summarizing medical records Medical chronologies, deposition summaries, and discovery management Florida state court litigation and e-filing experience Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Experience with Net Documents, Logikcull, or other eDiscovery platforms is a plus What You'll Get: Salary - $80,000-$90,000100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with profit sharing Paid parking or transportation allowance Four weeks PTO📍 Miami, FL (Bayfront area)Primarily onsite to start, with flexibility available over time.
