Senior Water & Wastewater Preconstruction Manager

You will be the primary day-to-day contact with Owners and design teams on projects, depending on scope. You will lead the estimate/bid process, manage budgets, and guide multi-disciplinary teams through preconstruction, with emphasis on risk management, scheduling, and compliance.
