Key responsibilities:
Develop and manage reports, scorecards, and dashboards to highlight data anomalies and support decision-making
Conduct data mining and collaborate with IT to manage complex datasets and ensure data integrity
Prepare presentations and communicate findings to leadership and operational teams to promote data-driven practices
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related field
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data visualization techniques
1+ years of experience using Power BI or similar data visualization tools
2+ years of experience working with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) data
Fundamental awareness of data querying techniques and proficiency in Microsoft Office products
