Remote Internal Communications & Engagement Lead

Royal Mencap Society is seeking an Internal Comms and Engagement Officer to connect colleagues with the organisation's vision and values. You will lead internal channels, curate content, and shape engagement plans for projects and teams. You will build relationships across the organisation, champion innovation, and ensure information is accessible and compelling for diverse audiences. This is a full-time role with flexible working and nationwide travel as needed.
