Prepare independent cost estimates for construction projects Assist with change order pricing and negotiations Support claim analysis and cost evaluations Review contractor proposals for accuracy and accountability Develop detailed estimates based on drawings, specs, and RFIsResearch market pricing trends (labor & materials)Collaborate with PM/CM teams to support decision-making
