Location: East Los Angeles, CA 90063

Salary Range: $145, 000 - $175, 000 annually (Full-Time, 40 hrs/week)

Position Summary: The Nurse Practitioner works collaboratively with physicians and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.

Duties and Responsibilities: Perform medical histories, physical exams, assessments, and treatment plans. Perform or assist with laboratory and screening procedures. Recognize situations requiring physician intervention. Counsel patients on physical and mental health matters. Facilitate referrals and order routine diagnostic tests. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Active California NP License Active DEA License Professional Liability Insurance English/Spanish Bilingual

Special Requirements: Valid California Driver License and reliable transportation. Background check required. Maintain automobile insurance. TB, MMR, TDAP, Influenza and COVID vaccination documentation.
