Trial Attorney

Job Description: A dynamic and rapidly growing personal injury and property damage law firm, seeks a highly motivated and passionate Trial Attorney to join their team in Boca Raton, FL.

Position Summary: In this role, you will see that clients receive the best care and obtain excellent results. You are expected to meet with clients to discuss their case, show compassion and empathy, and demonstrate an ability to earn their trust, confidence, and respect. You will also update clients and communicate with insurance companies from time to time regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers. In addition, you should be able to prepare the case for trial and try the case if needed.
