Lead Class A Surface Designer

Ford Design in Long Beach, CA is seeking an experienced Class A Surface Designer to advance Ford’s exterior and interior surfaces across programs. You will lead surface progression, manage data in Teamcenter and reference tools, and mentor designers to deliver geometries aligned with milestones. The role requires 7+ years in Class A Surfacing, strong CAD skills (ICEM Surf, CATIA ISD, Alias) and collaboration across Design, Engineering and Manufacturing.
