Please Note: No Third-Party or C2C Firms*Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship*We are looking for a Project Controls Accountant on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment. (W-2) The Engineering & Construction (E&C) Project Controls team is seeking an accounting professional to develop and implement processes for tracking inventory and storage costs while supporting core accounting and project controls activities. This role will help ensure project-related financial transactions are accurately recorded, monitored, and reported.
Location: Juno Beach, FL 334081-year contract assignment. (W-2)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain processes for tracking inventory and storage costs.
  • Prepare and post accurate journal entries.
  • Complete monthly accruals and account reconciliations.
  • Track and monitor invoices to support timely processing and payment.
  • Support month-end close activities and financial reporting.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and document accounting procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential is preferred.
  • Strong accounting background with experience supporting project-related financial activities.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail Orientated.
  • Highly skilled in Excel.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • SAP experience is required.
  • SAP Business Objects (BOBJ) experience is preferred.
  • Power BI experience is preferred.
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $40.00/hr. to $62.00/hr.
