Rivet Operator - HDS

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Must be hand/eye coordinated Must be able to comprehend and follow instructions Must be able to load and unload rivet fixture Must be able or take appropriate training to check parts on gage fixturing according to Quality Inspection Reports Must be able to do visual inspections of parts as they come off the weld machine and pack into finish goods container Must work well in a fast paced and team environment

Required Experience: Complete orientation instructions On the job per for assigned assets Required Safety EquipmentHY Flex gloves, safety glasses, ear plugs, and steel toe shoes

Educational Skills Required: High school diploma or GED preferred Training Required On the job Any specific training identified by management Specific to rivet assigned rivet asset Physical Job Requirements ALL Jobs Must be able to sit, reach above shoulders, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl Must be able to lift 40 lbs on a consistent basis Must be able to work overtime as needed, 10 hour or 12-hour shifts Must be able to stand 10-12 hours daily. Must have physical dexterity
