IP Paralegal/Trademark Paralegal Our client in New York, NY is looking for an IP Paralegal/Trademark Paralegal for a full time direct hire position. Salary range; $80,000-$118,000.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years experience as a IP/Trademark Paralegal
  • Must have experience in both domestic trademark prosecution and oppositions, as well as involvement in managing similar foreign filings through foreign counsel.
  • Must be able to perform trademark clearance searches and to organize and coordinate mail, correspondence (internally and externally) and manage an active calendar.
  • Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $80,000.00 - $118,000.00 All compensation and pay rates are dependent upon skills and experience. PrideStaff is an equal opportunity employer.
