Candidate Source is hiring a Baler for a growing manufacturer in Henrico, VA. This is a hands-on, temp-to-hire opportunity with a Thursday through Saturday schedule, leaving four days off each week. Shift/Hours Thursday–Saturday 6:00 AM–7:30 PMFull-time, temp-to-hire Opportunity for overtime

Job Duties: Keep the work area clean by picking up scrap material and pallet pieces Organize cardboard using the baler machine Keep exterior areas near the loading dock clean and organized Assist with additional tasks as needed

Job Requirements: Previous baler experience is a plus, but training is available for the right candidate Able to work independently and stay on task Strong attention to detail Why You'll Want This Job Work three days per week Four days off each week Temp-to-hire opportunity Overtime opportunities#IND16
