Oversee performance analytics, including reporting, productivity tracking, profitability analysis, and regional budget management. Drive business navigation through business case preparation, pilot execution, implementation tracking, and post-launch assessments. Develop pricing and profitability models across sub-segments, including LTP-based strategies, to maximize income. Partner with senior leadership to deliver actionable, data-driven insights that inform company-wide strategic initiatives and growth.
