MCA Broker Opportunity A growing cash advance company is seeking motivated MCA Brokers to connect with new customers and assist them in securing funding. This role involves prospecting, lead generation, and managing the funding process from start to finish. Ideal candidates are driven, persuasive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.

Responsibilities Include: Generate and manage leads for merchant cash advance opportunities. Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and other outreach strategies. Understand client needs and match them with appropriate funding options. Guide clients through the funding process and maintain strong communication throughout. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Collaborate with underwriting and funding teams to close deals efficiently.

Ideal Qualifications: Previous experience in MCA sales or similar financial services is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven. Ability to manage multiple leads and follow up consistently. Comfortable working in a commission-only structure.
