Industrial Equipment Mechanic (night Shift)

Job Duties and Responsibilities: Performs routine and scheduled Preventive Maintenance on all industrial equipment, identifying potential issues before they cause downtime. Executes advanced Troubleshooting techniques to diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic malfunctions quickly and accurately. Repairs and maintains intricate Hydraulics and Pneumatics systems, ensuring optimal fluid power and control. Works on industrial Electrical Systems, including motors, controls, wiring, and sensors, to restore full functionality. Conducts comprehensive Mechanical Repair, replacing worn components, rebuilding assemblies, and ensuring precision alignment. Interprets and applies information from Blueprint Reading, schematics, and technical manuals to guide repairs and installations. Utilizes a variety of Diagnostic Tools to pinpoint equipment failures and verify repairs. Adheres strictly to all Safety Procedures and protocols, including implementing Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all. Prioritizes repair tasks and makes independent decisions regarding the most effective and efficient solutions for equipment issues. Documents all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used accurately.
