In this role, you will help residents receive their medications safely and on time while supporting their daily care needs. You'll work with a team that values respect, teamwork, and quality care. What You'll Do:
- Give medications safely and on time
- Watch for changes in residents and report concerns
- Help residents with daily care and support
- Work closely with caregivers and nurses
- Follow safety rules and care plans
- Help create a safe and welcoming community
What You'll Need:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Delaware LLAM certification required
- Current CPR certification required
- Experience in senior living, long-term care, or a similar setting preferred
- Good attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and dependable
