ECommerce Platform Coordinator/Specialist - Remote

Role Overview: The eCommerce Platform Coordinator is responsible for managing, optimizing, and maintaining the company's online sales platforms. This role ensures product data accuracy, platform stability, operational efficiency, and alignment with commercial goals. Reporting to the Director of IT, this role owns the day to day performance, optimization, and governance of an organization's eCommerce platforms.

Duties: Platform Management - Oversee daily operations across platforms such as Znode and bespoke systems. Ensure uptime, functionality, and seamless user experienceProduct Catalogue Oversight - Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, categorization, SEO metadata, and digital assetsContent Coordination - Publish banners, landing pages, promotions, and seasonal updates in collaboration with marketing and design teamsTechnical Issue Resolution - Liaise with external developers to troubleshoot bugs, integrations, and platform enhancementsAnalytics & Reporting - Monitor and provide actionable insightsProcess & Workflow Optimization - Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements across product onboarding, content workflows, and platform processesCross Functional Collaboration - Work closely with merchandising, logistics, customer service, and marketing to ensure alignment and smooth operationsQuality Assurance - Conduct regular audits of product pages, checkout flows, mobile responsiveness, and site performanceVendor & Tool Management - Coordinate with third party partners (payment gateways, search tools, review platforms, etc.)5+ years in an eCommerce operations or platform coordination roleExperience with CMS and PIM toolsProficiency in web analytics (GA4) Understanding of SEO fundamentals, product taxonomy, and UX best practicesAbility to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholdersComfortable working with Web Technologies: REST/Web API, HTML5/SCSS, and JSON/XML, to communicate effectively with our 3rd Party web development partnerStrong problem solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and documentation skillsKPIs for Success: Platform uptime and stabilityProduct listing accuracy and speed to marketConversion rate improvementsReduction in platform errors or customer reported issuesSuccessful execution of campaigns and promotionsEfficiency gains in workflows and processesNice to haves:eCommerce Platform experience in Znode or bespoke systems or other types of eCommerce platform experience will workWorking Place: Phoenix, Arizona, United StatesCompany :ESR Healthcare
