Hiring Multiple Candidates - School-based Speech Language Pathologist

Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and evaluations for students. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and student needs. Provide direct speech-language therapy services in individual and group settings. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers to support student success. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals and accommodations. Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and student records in compliance with state and district guidelines. Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to maximize outcomes. Stay informed on current best practices, research, and developments within the field of speech-language pathology.

Requirements: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field. Active state Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required. Minimum of 2 years of school-based experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills. Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations preferred. Ability to manage caseload responsibilities while maintaining high-quality service delivery.
