Staff Research Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Own the RSI agenda by defining the research roadmap and deciding what improvements to implement Advance agent strategy through the design and testing of exploration policies and compute allocation Learn from past research sessions to create training and evaluation signals for better performance

Required Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in applied ML research or research engineering, particularly in areas like LLM agents or AutoML Proven ability to transition research ideas from prototype to measurable improvements in production systems Strong hands-on engineering skills, particularly in writing production-quality Python code Experience with experimental rigor, including baselines and confidence intervals Demonstrated technical leadership, including mentoring or leading small research teams
