Sr. Director of Client Success | International K-12 Online Learning

About the role: This is a build and transform role. You will stand up a newly created Client Success function from the ground up, leading a distributed, regionally aligned team that owns the partner relationship from onboarding through renewal. You will design the operating model, standard operating procedures, and performance metrics that turn a group of individual contributors into a scalable, partner facing organization.

What you will do: Lead and develop a globally distributed Client Success team across multiple regions. Build the SOPs, operating cadence, and KPIs that govern partner service delivery. Serve as the senior escalation point for strategic partner relationships. Partner with cross functional teams to ensure quality, timely delivery, and account growth. Use CRM and internal systems to track performance and drive continuous improvement.

What we are looking for: Experience in international online education is required.5 or more years leading client facing or program management teams, with 2 or more years at a senior leadership level. Experience standing up or transforming a function, not just maintaining one. Experience leading distributed, international teams. Strong CRM proficiency and comfort with data driven reporting.
