Deputy General Counsel, Project Finance & Capital Markets

Fermi America seeks an experienced Deputy General Counsel to lead and support complex financing and capital markets matters associated with Project Matador and the broader Fermi portfolio. The successful candidate will bring substantial experience in project finance, leveraged finance, corporate debt, and/or debt and equity capital markets. This attorney must independently lead sophisticated transactions and coordinate deal teams and outside counsel.
