Live Stream Host / Sales Representative

About the Role: As a Live Stream Host / Sales Representative, you'll host live broadcasts featuring sports cards, collectibles, product openings, and merchandise. You'll interact with viewers in real time, showcase products, answer questions, explain products and promotions, and help create an entertaining experience that keeps customers coming back. The ideal candidate is confident, personable, energetic, and comfortable engaging with an audience.

What You'll Do: Host live streams featuring sports cards, collectibles, and merchandise Present and showcase products in an engaging and entertaining way Interact with viewers and respond to questions and comments in real time Explain product details, pricing, promotions, and available items Help drive sales through engaging customer interactions Build relationships with viewers and encourage repeat engagement Create a positive and entertaining customer experience Prepare products and materials before live streams Work with the team to plan and improve live-stream content Maintain a professional and energetic presence throughout each stream Support retail, sales, and other operational activities as needed

What We're Looking For: Comfortable speaking and interacting with people on camera Outgoing, energetic, and personable personality Strong verbal communication skills Comfortable engaging with an audience in real time Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to learn product information quickly Reliable and professional Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong interest in sales, entertainment, sports, collectibles, or social media Experience That Could Be a Great Fit Experience in any of the following is a plus: Sales Retail Customer service Social media or content creation Live streaming Broadcasting or radio Hospitality Event hostingE-commerce Sports or entertainment Gaming or collectibles Sports card experience is a plus, but not required. We're more interested in finding people who are engaging, confident, reliable, and willing to learn.
