Category Manager

Primary Responsibilities: Develop and execute sourcing strategies for the assigned business unit. Lead supplier selection, contract negotiations, pricing agreements, and vendor performance management to drive cost savings, supply continuity, and operational efficiency. Collaborate cross-functionally and across multiple departments to optimize procurement strategies, manage supply chain risks, and ensure FAR/DFARS compliance.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (equivalent experience considered), with 5+ years of strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management experience in security systems, low-voltage electronics, electrical, or construction-related industries. Proven experience negotiating supplier agreements, managing procurement costs, and navigating construction contracts; working knowledge of FAR/DFARS requirements and federal procurement compliance preferred. U.S. citizenship required, with eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
