Engagement Manager Oracle PeopleSoftLume Consulting Group, a Sacramento based IT consulting company, is looking for an Engagement Manager Oracle PeopleSoft *REMOTE*.Experience and knowledge of State procurement processes, Prosci change management certification, Peoplesoft Certification are desired.
Mandatory Qualifications:
  • Apply to this job if you have:
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience aligning IT systems with organizational business processes, and organizational change management requirements.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Project Management, project planning, and delivering project management services utilizing Agile methodologies.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in developing and implementing communication plans, conducting business process assessments, and facilitating meetings with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience with Oracle PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) version 9.2.Minimum of five (5) years of experience with organizational change management.
