Key responsibilities:
Resolve patient inquiries and outstanding statements efficiently and accurately
Perform routine account analysis and implement action plans to address financial responsibilities
Follow up on delinquent accounts and manage payment plans, including communication via phone and written correspondence
Required qualifications:
Experience with handling cash payments and self-pay collections
Exceptional customer service skills
Knowledge of office equipment and software applications, including billing programs
