Receiver Part Time 13-29

Essential Responsibilities and Duties: Unload deliveries and verify invoices Ability to perform data entry in a computer and extract information on orders and/or purchase orders. Ready receiving documents in an organized way for delivery to HQ daily. Proficiency with forklift and hand jack is a plus, however, we will provide training if needed in order to operate this machinery. Manage UPS and Fed Ex deliveries Strong organizational skills. Reporting and documenting damaged shipments Maintaining work area in a clean, orderly and safe condition Strong interpersonal skills are a must as we promote teamwork at all levels to be efficient and successful at providing the high level of customer service we are known for. Excellent oral communication skills. Must be detail oriented and able to master and complete several tasks at a time. Ability to read and interpret written information in the English language. Basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division of multiple digit numbers and a general understanding of operations using units of currency, weights and measurements. Ability to work independently and under some pressure to meet deadlines. Perform other duties as assigned by manager

Physical Demands: Ability to move product into storerooms from trucks and delivery vehicles and break down merchandise from warehouse stock in preparation for pack out. Ability to place product weighing up to 45 pounds on pallets and U-boats at various heights. Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk about the backroom and receiving area. Expected to work 13-29 hours per week.
