Commercial Counsel - Contracts, CLM & Compliance

Infinitum Electric in Austin, TX, seeks a Corporate Counsel to own the full contract lifecycle and help build out the legal operations function within a growing manufacturing company. You will draft, negotiate, and review commercial agreements, manage entity maintenance and regulatory filings, and provide practical legal guidance to internal partners while reporting to the General Counsel.
