Note: Aircraft Maintenance Technician/ Automotive Technician Aircraft Certification will be paid $25.00/hourly on w 2 without benefits Automotive Technician without certification $20.00/hourly on w 2 without benefits Role and
Responsibilities: Perform aircraft and engine inspections, maintenance, repairs, and alterations in accordance with applicable FAA regulations and established procedures. Conduct engine diagnostics, operational checks, and other functional tests to verify proper aircraft performance and safety. Inspect completed maintenance work for compliance with FAA requirements and applicable airworthiness standards. Operate and maintain specialized aircraft maintenance equipment, including precision testing, calibration, measuring, charging, and balancing equipment. Use a variety of specialized hand tools, machine tools, and maintenance equipment to perform repairs and inspections. Operate and maintain aircraft ground-support equipment, including tugs, tractors, fuel trucks, heating units, auxiliary power units, and related equipment. Assist with aircraft refueling and ground-handling operations while following established safety procedures. Perform minor maintenance and repairs on ground-support equipment, including snow-removal and fire-safety equipment. Assist aircraft mechanics with inspections, maintenance, repairs, and other technical activities. Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment reports, fuel and oil records, service documentation, logbooks, and other required paperwork. Research aircraft maintenance records, service manuals, service bulletins, airworthiness directives, flight schedules, and equipment status reports. Order and track required parts, supplies, and maintenance materials. Operate aircraft towing equipment to safely move aircraft into and out of hangars and service areas. Support aircraft engine ground-start operations using heating and auxiliary power equipment. Maintain aircraft interiors and exteriors, including cleaning, snow removal, and general aircraft servicing. Monitor and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure operational readiness and safety. Perform other aircraft maintenance, attendant, ground-support, and operational duties as assigned.

Required Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant mechanical, aircraft maintenance, automotive, diesel, or equipment maintenance experience. Experience performing inspections, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, repairs, or operational checks on vehicles, aircraft, engines, or mechanical equipment. Experience using hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and precision measuring instruments. Experience maintaining accurate service, maintenance, or equipment records. Experience working safely around mechanical equipment, vehicles, engines, or other industrial equipment.
Preferred: Aircraft maintenance or aircraft attendant experience. Automotive Technician experience. Heavy-duty diesel mechanic experience. Fleet maintenance experience. Ground-support equipment experience. Experience working in an FAA-regulated or aviation environment.
Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
