Global Talent Acquisition Director for Product & Design

Airwallex, based in San Francisco, is seeking an Associate Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our global recruiting function across Product, Design, and Solutions Engineering. You will manage a world-wide team and act as primary talent partner to our CPO and heads of Design and Solutions Engineering. You will shape hiring strategy, workforce planning, and calibration processes, driving data-informed decisions and partnering with branding and reward teams to attract top talent globally.
