Hire and supervise pool staff to ensure that staff is qualified and performing their duties in a safe and courteous manner. All Supervisors must hold a current TPO certification. Classes are available for those who need certification.

Qualifications: A valid TPO certification or the willingness to obtain one. A valid Lifeguard Management Certificate or the willingness to obtain one. Experience with youth management. Must be 18 years old.
