This role requires a focus on continuous improvement of the guest and team member experience, as well as the company's profitability. The successful candidate will embody the company's core values, particularly a commitment to servant leadership, and will be involved in all aspects of the company's operations, from analyzing key performance indicators to participating in expansion activities and policy enforcement. Candidates for the COO position at the company should have a minimum of five years' experience in senior restaurant management, with a preference for those who have worked in various functions. The role demands a leader with a strong background in strategic planning, business development, and a proven track record in opening new locations efficiently. Expertise in data analysis, performance metrics, and a working knowledge of restaurant POS systems are essential.
