Acute Care Nurse Resident — New Grad Residency

Confluence Health offers a Nurse Resident program designed to transition new graduates or experienced nurses into acute inpatient care with a structured preceptor model and evidence-based patient care. Residents participate in a six-month online and classroom learning phase and gain hands-on experience across units. Starting January 4, 2027, and with a Residency Completion Bonus of $8,000 upon completion, participants commit to two years.
