Sales Leadership (Direct all New Home Sales personnel for branch growth initiatives) Production Expertise (New Custom Home Construction oversight & training) Administration Excellence (Finance management, Production cost oversight, Sales support staff management) Operations Management- Extensive Production Experience on MULTIPLE Ground-Up Custom Homes in order to lead the Construction Management team Administration of P&L / Financials & Staff Management Sales Management Process for New Home Design & Construction Operations Compensation: Up to $150k salary range (DOE); Guaranteed Bonus 1st Year; Auto & Phone Allowance; Benefits including healthcare insurance / 401(k) / PTO / etc.
