Entry-Level Recruiter / Sales – NYC & North JerseyWe’re partnering with a growing staffing and recruiting company that is hiring early-career talent for its teams in New York City and North Jersey. The company works across construction, engineering, design, environmental, life sciences, skilled trades, and other technical industries. They’re looking for competitive, driven people who want to build a long-term career in recruiting, sales, account management, and leadership. This is a great fit for former college or professional athletes, recent graduates, and people who have succeeded in competitive, customer-facing, hospitality, coaching, construction, or other high-energy environments.

The role can involve up to 50 outbound calls per day and is best suited for someone who is comfortable with activity, rejection, follow-up, and consistent effort.
