Our client is an IT Services and IT Consulting company. They are looking for a Head of Sales to join their team. This role is a Direct Hire / FTE / Permanent / Full Time position. Position will be REMOTE. Candidates must be residing within the United States of America in order to be considered for the role.FTE / Direct Hire / Permanent / Full TimeFull Remote RoleCandidates must be residing within the United States of America to be considered for the role.Travel as neededPosition Summary: We are looking for a results-driven Head of Sales, North America to join our client's team. This role requires a candidate with proven experience in ERP sales, particularly Odoo and ERP Next, with a strong background in handling B2B enterprise clients. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing the sales cycle, and closing deals to support clients in their digital transformation journey.
Position Duties: Identify and connect with potential clients using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation platforms. Conduct cold calls and outreach campaigns to build a high-quality sales pipeline. Understand client requirements and present tailored ERP solutions (Odoo/ERPNext) through demos and product walkthroughs. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, needs analysis, solution pitch, proposal creation, to deal closure. Work closely with the technical and functional team to ensure client needs are accurately captured and implemented. Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities in CRM and provide regular pipeline and performance reports. Keep abreast of Odoo/ERPNext product updates, industry trends, and competitor activities to remain ahead in the market. Deliver and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
Position Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4+ years’ experience in ERP sales, specifically Odoo and ERPNext.
  • Proven track record in B2B and enterprise-level software sales.
  • Experience in using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and other lead generation systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the ERP ecosystem and applications.
  • Preferred Certifications (Good to Have):Odoo/ERPNext Partner/Functional CertificationPMP, Scrum, or Agile Project Management Certification
