Salary Range: $55,000 – $75,000 per year

Shift: Any Compensation Base salary ranging from $55,000 to $75,000, with additional unlimited commission potential and bonus opportunities. The commission structure allows the representative to earn between $75,000 and $120,000 in the first year, with potential to exceed that figure depending on performance.

Responsibilities: Own the company’s relationship with the customer. Problem solve to ensure client satisfaction. Leverage marketing initiatives and database to develop business. Provide management with feedback on customer needs, problems, and interests. Qualifications & Attributes Consultative selling skills. Strong problem‑solving ability. Self‑starter committed to meeting objectives. Interest in contributing to team success. Desire to continuously improve. Willingness to challenge the status quo. Growth mindset and hunger for success. Accountable with an owner mindset. 3–5 years experience in commercial moving services or sales industry. Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, customer‑service, time‑management, and organizational skills. Ability to quickly adapt to new technology and systems. Reliability, attentiveness, and professionalism essential.

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field. Optional: Successful completion of coursework in sales techniques, marketing, and communication.
