Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Industrial Painter to join our team, specializing in indoor facilities. In this role, you will prepare surfaces and apply high-performance protective coatings to large-scale structures such as tanks and trailers. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with airless spray equipment and can deliver precise, high-quality finishes while working collaboratively in small teams under tight production schedules. (Potential overtime)Career Path & Employment Structure: Wages will be based on Experience. This position begins as a 90-day probationary contract role through our hiring partnership.
